Compact, comfortable, and efficient, our 3 person hot tubs are perfect for couples and small outdoor spaces. Why choose a 3-seater Hot Tub?

3 seat hot tubs have space-saving footprints that fit easily in most smaller outdoor spaces, including patios, courtyards and even small garden rooms. If space saving is a priority, a 3 person hot tub may be the ideal choice for you.
• Seating variety: while 2 person hot tubs are a great choice for those seeking a small spa design, 3 person hot tubs offer more flexible seating options with many designs including both loungers and upright seating.
• Fast heating: Our smaller spas heat up faster and use less energy to run overall. An important consideration when buying any spa.
• Great for couples, small families and holiday lets.
• Excellent addition to garden rooms (especially our plug and play spas)

Will it fit? Quick checklist

• Access: Depending on the hot tub you choose, we typically require an access space of between 1 and 1.2 meters. However, we may still be able to position your hot tub if access is more limited. Once you place your order, we'll call you promptly to chat about access before we deliver. In some cases (but typically for our largest models) a crane could be needed for lowering the hot tub into place.
• Base: level, load-bearing concrete/pavers or composite pad (no grass/soil)
• Electrics:
- For our 13A plug and play hot tubs: Use a fixed, weatherproof, RCD-protected socket, ideally on a dedicated circuit to avoid nuisance tripping when the tub is running.
- For 32A hot tubs: A dedicated 32A supply by a qualified electrician. If you want your hot tub up and running on day of delivery, be sure to organise this first!
• Placement: Leave a 50 cm gap along one side so our engineers can remove panels and service the pumps/heater, plus 50–60 cm behind the cover hinge (or lifter) so the cover can swing open without hitting a wall or fence.
• Power:
- 13A (Plug & Play): easiest install, one pump, can heat while jets run at low speed
- 32A: more power for jets + heating concurrently; recommended for heavy hydrotherapy use

Running costs (typical)

• 3-seater 13A (600l ):£39–£62 / month (about 5–8 kWh/day). Efficient installs on eco settings can be £23–£40 / month (about 3–5 kWh per day).
• 3-seater 32A (600l):£47–£70 / month (about 6–9 kWh/day). Light/efficient use can be £31–£47 / month (about 4–6 kWh per day). Expect up to approx £94 / month with heavy daily use (about 12 kWh/day).

Why the 32A is usually higher: the ability to run the heater and pumps together (and typically more jets/pump power) increases energy used during sessions. Base 'idle' heat-loss is similar. Usage pattern drives most of the gap. (Energy is billed by kWh used, not by the socket’s amperage.)

One-off first heat-up: from cold to 38°C typically needs approx 20 kWh for 600l (about £5–£6 at approx 26 per kWh). After that, you’re just maintaining temperature and reheating after use.

* Based on: average UK electricity unit rate approx 26 per kWh under the Ofgem price cap (Jul–Dec 2025 averages), 30 days/month, insulated cover, economy/sleep schedule, sheltered location, water 37-38 °C, and 3 × 30-min sessions/week. Standing charges are excluded (you pay these whether you own a tub or not).
