I purchased a Tiny Hot Tub (for 2 people) from Direct Hot Tubs for our holiday cottage. Easy to set up and use, team are easy enough to get hold of for any advice and support. The hot tub is fabulous — looks very sleek, modern and stylish, and it's been such a hit with our guests that we've purchased another Tiny Hot Tub and a larger one for our other cottages. Can't fault Direct Hot Tubs for their customer service or the price.

Really pleased with the tub, friendly staff when we looked to buy one. Even though the guys couldn't get it down the side of the house, they were happy to leave it on the drive for me to have a go. Good quality and works great!!

We found and ordered the Rose Duo on a great deal. We got it with the heat pump to save on our electric bills. Could not be happier with it! We did have a few hiccups with the initial set up, but the team were great and got it all sorted for us. It has been amazing for this summer! I highly recommend!

very good quality hot tub, and delivery drivers very helpful and placed hot tub exactly where I wanted it, and explained how to set it up and running.

Hannah in sales couldn't have been more helpful. She spent a lot of time explaining the pros and cons of different models and gave her honest opinion and experience with hot tubs and their maintenance. The delivery service was also very good, and the price compared to other brands was about a third cheaper with similar quality, so it was a no brainer.
