Electrical Safety Advice for 13amp Hot Tubs

Unfortunately, here in the UK we tend to get an awful lot of rain, this mixed water from the Spa can cause a host of issues.  Below is our guidance on how best to look after your Spa Plug & Cable.

It is recommended that your socket is at least 2m away from the Spa.
It is recommended that you use a waterproof RCD protected socket at IP44 or over.
It is not advisable to plug your Spa into an extension lead.



This is what can happen if you leave your plug to collect water.
