That’s why your new hot tub will be covered by comprehensive warranties, giving you invaluable peace of mind that your investment is protected. And of course, our trained staff are also always on hand to offer help, advice and technical support with your spa.
It’s all part of our commitment to hassle-free service, and to making it simple for you to buy and own a hot tub. Our warranty is one of the most comprehensive on the market. They include as standard:
2 year shell structure warranty.
This covers the shell against water loss.
2 year shell surface warranty.
The covers the shell surface against cracks, peeling and de-lamination.
2 year cabinet/skirting warranty.
This protects your skirting in case a fault occurs.
2 year component warranty.
This covers major components such as the pumps, control system and heater.
We can usually book engineer appointments within 7 days of a problem being reported.
