OVERVIEW

The Orion Series is our ultra modern range and features the most up to date technology, comprising 1 metre waterfall, new aluminium alloy skirting, WIFI enabled touch screen Gecko control system, topped with a beautiful lighting system.

LIGHTS AND ATMOSPHERE

Thanks to the under LED lighting system you can immerse yourself in an incredible aptmosphere. The lights fade through a cycle of colours, meaning there's always something a little different.

HYDROTHERAPY JETS

The Orion 4 features 36 carefully-positioned hydrotherapy stainless steel jets to offer you the best possible hot tub massage experience. Some rotate whilst others are directional jets, allowing you to enjoy a soothing or invigorating massage in different areas of the hot tub. In addition, a number of air jets around the spa can be activated to add extra bubbles.

CLASS-LEADING CONTROLS

The Orion 4 has an award-winning Canadian Gecko Spa Touch WIFI enabled system offering you reliable, efficient and easy to use control of your hot tub from your mobile phone or device.

MATERIALS

The Orion Series has the new Ultra Modern Aluminium Alloy Skirting , which is easier to maintain, offers better insulation than wood and it doesn't require treatment or varnishing. Real wood options are available if desired.

Insulation foam under the shell and inside the skirting panels to help keep the water hot, reducing your electricity bills. It also lowers your pump noise, offering a more peaceful spa experience and helping keep your neighbours happy!.

Delivery & Ordering Information

Free Delivery & Positioning

All of our hot tub prices include VAT, free UK mainland delivery and positioning.

Our experienced delivery team uses specialist spa moving equipment to carefully position your hot tub in your chosen location. In most cases, we require a minimum access width of approximately 105cm, although larger spas may require additional space.

Please ensure you check access to your property before ordering to ensure safe and suitable delivery access.

If you're unsure whether you have adequate access for delivery and positioning, please contact our team and we will be happy to discuss your requirements before ordering.

Installation

Positioning your spa is not the same as installation.

For hardwired models, a qualified electrician will need to connect the spa to your electrical supply. Plug & play models can simply be connected to a suitable outdoor socket.

Once connected, simply fill, treat and heat the water before enjoying your new spa.

Crane Deliveries

If crane access is required, we can arrange this for an additional charge. Please contact our team for a quotation and site assessment.

Lead Times

Delivery times can vary depending on current stock availability and production schedules.

If your chosen spa is in stock, delivery is typically arranged within a few working days. Custom orders or incoming stock may require additional lead time.

Collecting Your Hot Tub

You are welcome to collect your hot tub directly from our distribution centre in Leicestershire. Our team will contact you after purchase to arrange a suitable collection date and time.

That’s why your new hot tub will be covered by comprehensive warranties, giving you invaluable peace of mind that your investment is protected. And of course, our trained staff are also always on hand to offer help, advice and technical support with your spa.

It’s all part of our commitment to hassle-free service, and to making it simple for you to buy and own a hot tub. Our warranty is one of the most comprehensive on the market. They include as standard:

10 year shell structure warranty.
This covers the shell against water loss.

5 year shell surface warranty.
The covers the shell surface against cracks, peeling and de-lamination.

5 year cabinet/skirting warranty.
This protects your skirting in case a fault occurs.

2 year component warranty.
This covers major components such as the pumps, control system and heater. It also covers smaller components, such as the jets, handles and lights.

All our warranties include parts and labour, plus the cost of sending out a qualified engineer to repair your spa. We can usually book engineer appointments within 7 days of a problem being reported.
