OVERVIEW

The Princess Sun Hot Tub is our ultra modern Princess Spas range and features the most up to date technology, comprising waterfall, new aluminium alloy skirting, Gecko control system, 51 hydrotherapy jets, topped with a beautiful lighting system.

NOTE: Current lead time 6-8 weeks for production.

LIGHTS AND ATMOSPHERE

Thanks to the under LED lighting system you can immerse yourself in an incredible atmosphere. The decorative mood lighting designed to sooth your mind, positioned around the seats and wrapped around the cabinet for a truly wonderful experience.The lights fade through a cycle of colours, meaning there's always something a little different.

HYDROTHERAPY JETS

The Princess Sun Hot Tub features 51 carefully-positioned hydrotherapy stainless steel jets to offer you the best possible hot tub massage experience. Some rotate whilst others are directional jets, allowing you to enjoy a soothing or invigorating massage in different areas of the hot tub.

CLASS-LEADING CONTROLS

Our spa control systems are made by the industry leaders, who are renowned for durability and realiability. Easy control functions with a simple touch panel, allow adjustments which include lights, jets, temperature etc. Or why not take control of your spa remotely by adding the WiFi In touch 2 and adjust your settings anywhere any time.

CRYSTAL CLEAR WATER

Our spas have a multi filtering system designed to improve your water quality. Micro-fibre filters remove tiny particles to prevent cloudy water and an ozone generator produces ozone gas, that acts as a powerful oxidant helping to destroy bacteria and algae. These systems are to be used in conjunction with a preferred sanitiser.

SAVING ENERGY

Effective insulation is extremely important to keep running costs to a minimum. The Princess Sun 6 seat hot tub offers heat reflecting insulation that keeps the warm air inside and the cold air out, this is coupled with our energy efficient covers that will reflect the heat back into the water.

ACRYLIC & CABINET

Aristech Acrylics is the World's leading brand of acrylic preferred by many spa manufacturers throughout the wet leisure industry. Renowned for is durability, quality and glossy finish makes this brand a must for any hot tub.

The Princess Sun 6 Seat Hot Tub has the new Ultra Modern Aluminium Alloy Skirting , which is easier to maintain, offers better insulation than wood and it doesn't require treatment or varnishing. PVC or Real wood options are available if desired (note only the aluminium skirting offers external belt LED lighting)

How To Order

All our Hot Tubs prices are inclusive of VAT, UK delivery and positioning.

We will use a two man delivery and special spa kart to move the tub into position. We will generally require a minimum width of 105cm, although allow more for larger spas. Please check our guide for Hot Tub Positioning to ensure it is suitable to deliver to your premises. We can arrange a Kerbside Delivery, however you will be responsible for moving your Hot Tub into position.

The positioning is not an installation service. Your electrician will need to connect the spa to your supply. You then follow our simple hot tub guide to get the spa ready for use.

If you require a crane service this is an additional fee in which we can provide you with a quote for.

LEAD TIME

Lead times can vary depending on stock levels. If your spa is in stock then delivery is usually within 2-3 days. If the spa is in transit between the factory and the warehouse then lead times could be from 3-10 weeks, whereas if your spa needs to be built from scratch then the lead time is 10-12 weeks. Please contact us for more information about your chosen spa.

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2020 - Due to exceptionally high demands and delays related to COVID-19, our current production lead times are estimated at 14-16 weeks.

You’re welcome to collect your new hot tub yourself from our distribution centre in Leicestershire, we will contact when you purchase your Hot Tub to arrange a collection date.

We currently accept payments by bank transfer (BACS) or by credit/debit card through our website or by phone. For Finance we are FCA registered.

That’s why your new hot tub will be covered by comprehensive warranties, giving you invaluable peace of mind that your investment is protected. And of course, our trained staff are also always on hand to offer help, advice and technical support with your spa.

It’s all part of our commitment to hassle-free service, and to making it simple for you to buy and own a hot tub. Our warranty is one of the most comprehensive on the market. They include as standard:

2 year shell structure warranty.
This covers the shell against water loss.

2 year shell surface warranty.
The covers the shell surface against cracks, peeling and de-lamination.

2 year cabinet/skirting warranty.
This protects your skirting in case a fault occurs.

2 year component warranty.
This covers major components such as the pumps, control system and heater.

We can usually book engineer appointments within 7 days of a problem being reported.
