Free Delivery & Positioning
All of our hot tub prices include VAT, free UK mainland delivery and positioning.
Our experienced delivery team uses specialist spa moving equipment to carefully position your hot tub in your chosen location. In most cases, we require a minimum access width of approximately 105cm, although larger spas may require additional space.
Please ensure you check access to your property before ordering to ensure safe and suitable delivery access.
If you're unsure whether you have adequate access for delivery and positioning, please contact our team and we will be happy to discuss your requirements before ordering.
Installation
Positioning your spa is not the same as installation.
For hardwired models, a qualified electrician will need to connect the spa to your electrical supply. Plug & play models can simply be connected to a suitable outdoor socket.
Once connected, simply fill, treat and heat the water before enjoying your new spa.

Crane Deliveries
If crane access is required, we can arrange this for an additional charge. Please contact our team for a quotation and site assessment.
Lead Times
Delivery times can vary depending on current stock availability and production schedules.
If your chosen spa is in stock, delivery is typically arranged within a few working days. Custom orders or incoming stock may require additional lead time.

Collecting Your Hot Tub
You are welcome to collect your hot tub directly from our distribution centre in Leicestershire. Our team will contact you after purchase to arrange a suitable collection date and time.
