As the name suggests, the Rose Duo will bring an incredible hot tub experience to your home. Our most feature packed hot tub in our value range, it boasts 102 hydrotherapy jets, powerful pumps, waterfalls, fountains, underwater and waterline LED’s and Bluetooth audio — offering a wonderfully relaxing ambience or a fun-filled party vibe to suit the occasion.

LIGHTS AND ATMOSPHERE

Packed with features to enhance your time in the hot tub, the Rose Duo comes with colour-changing LED surface lights so you can instantly change the atmosphere and mood of your garden. Also includes fountains and waterfalls.

HYDROTHERAPY JETS

The 102 jets on the Rose Duo are configured differently on each of the seats to either pound your body or soothe it into a state of peace. Each seat includes rotational hydrotherapy jets that offer a range of health benefits, including reduced blood pressure and relief from stress, muscle tension and anxiety.

The Rose Duo has an award-winning control system offering you reliable, efficient and easy to use control of your hot tub. Fitted with either Gecko (made in Canada) or Balboa (made in the USA) to the highest standards, this couldn’t be easier to use.

Stay entertained in the Rose Duo spa with its built-in Bluetooth stereo system, by streaming your music wirelessly.

CLEANING AND FILTRATION

The Rose Duo includes a programmable cleaning/filtration mode to suit your needs. This runs the pump on a low-speed setting for your chosen period to filter the water and support ozone generation, helping keep your water crystal clear.

MATERIALS

All Spas have PVC skirting, which is easier to maintain than wood as it doesn’t require treatment or varnishing. Real wood options are available if desired.

Our shells are vacuum-formed acrylic that is then reinforced with fibreglass, making it extremely strong. We then add a thick layer of polyurethane which helps retain heat, making it more economical to run. In addition to excellent gloss and colour retention, our surfaces are naturally resistant to a build up of bacteria and biofilm — hygienic, environmentally responsible, durable and easy-to-clean.

The air-tight, rodent proof ABS base is filled with foam to prevent losing heat through the ground. An additional layer of blanket insulation along with a heat-reflective coating is added to the inside of the skirting panels to help reduce your electricity bills. It also lowers your pump noise, offering a more peaceful spa experience and helping keep your neighbours happy!

INCLUDED WITH YOUR SPA

An insulated, steel-spine leather cover, tapered to allow rainwater to run off. Maintenance free, anti-slip steps that match the skirting colour.

How To Order

All our Hot Tubs prices are inclusive of VAT, UK delivery and positioning.

We will use a two man delivery and special spa kart to movethe tub into position. We will generally require a minimum width of 105cm, although allow more for larger spas. Please check our guide for Hot Tub Positioning to ensure it is suitable to deliver to your premises. We can arrange a Kerbside Delivery, however you will be responsible for moving your Hot Tub into position.

For tigher gaps we have the use of a Spa Sled (size required is height of spa plus 5cms, Rose is 93cm width required).

The positioning is not an installation service. Your electrician will need to connect the spa to your supply. You then follow our simple hot tub guide to get the spa ready for use.

If you require a crane service this is an additional fee in which we can provide you with a quote for.

LEAD TIME

Lead times can vary depending on stock levels. If your spa is in stock then delivery is usually within 2-3 days. If the spa is in transit between the factory and the warehouse then lead times could be from 3-10 weeks, whereas if your spa needs to be built from scratch then the lead time is 10-12 weeks. Please contact us for more information about your chosen spa.

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2020 - Due to exceptionally high demands and delays related to COVID-19, our current production lead times are estimated at 14-16 weeks.

COLLECTING YOUR HOT TUB

You’re welcome to collect your new hot tub yourself from our distribution centre in Leicestershire, we will contact when you purchase your Hot Tub to arrange a collection date.

PAYMENT METHODS / FINANCE

We currently accept payments by bank transfer (BACS) or by credit/debit card through our website or by phone. For Finance we are FCA registered.

WARRANTY

We’re proud of the high quality of our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our hot tubs are designed to last a lifetime but we appreciate that, occasionally, things do go wrong.

That’s why your new hot tub will be covered by comprehensive warranties, giving you invaluable peace of mind that your investment is protected. And of course, our trained staff are also always on hand to offer help, advice and technical support with your spa.

It’s all part of our commitment to hassle-free service, and to making it simple for you to buy and own a hot tub. Our warranty is one of the most comprehensive on the market. They include as standard:

2 year shell structure warranty.
This covers the shell against water loss.

2 year shell surface warranty.
The covers the shell surface against cracks, peeling and de-lamination.

2 year cabinet/skirting warranty.
This protects your skirting in case a fault occurs.

2 year component warranty.
This covers major components such as the pumps, control system and heater.

We can usually book engineer appointments within 7 days of a problem being reported.
