We design and manufacture an exclusive, unornamented range of Hot Tubs and Swim Spas that are perfectly suited to the Holiday Let industry. We supply numerous Holiday Lets with our high quality, affordable product.

Simple, affordable, high quality Hot Tubs using industry leading, Canadian, and American components. Energy efficient using JH53 full foam body insulation. Imperial Spas Hot Tubs are compliant with HSG282 guidelines and can be used with our range of inline chemical products. Equipped with ozone sanitation, Micro-ban Acrylic and Canadian Gecko Systems, you’ll have a reliable income stream, delivered by your Imperial Spas Hot Tub.

THE NEW IMPROVED SUNSET 4, So What's New?

The Sunset 4 is a new and improved version of our flagship spa, the original Sunset. We wanted to create a great, family friendly spa with features that will please everybody, but without breaking the budget. We made it bigger, added a better sound system with the added benefit of bluetooth and glossy silver jets . We have also ungraded the control system to a Balboa Control System.

LIGHTS AND ATMOSPHERE

The Sunset 4 includes 17 surface LED lights to create a truly exquisite atmosphere within your tub. Whether you’re spending time alone with your partner wanting to create a peaceful and romantic atmosphere during quieter evenings after work, or a lively atmosphere when enjoying an afternoon with the kids, it is easy to create the perfect ambience for whatever occasion.

HYDROTHERAPY JETS

The Sunset 4 features 80 Stainless Steel carefully-positioned hydrotherapy jets to offer you the best possible hot tub massage experience. Varying in size from 2” to 5”, some rotate whilst others are directional jets, allowing you to enjoy a soothing or invigorating massage in different areas of the hot tub. In addition, a number of air jets around the spa can be activated to add extra bubbles.

CLASS-LEADING CONTROLS

The Sunset 4 has an award-winning control system offering you reliable, efficient and easy to use control of your hot tub. Fitted with either Gecko which is made in Canada or Balboa made in the USA to the highest standards, this couldn't be easier to use.

ENTERTAINMENT

The Sunset 4 comes with built-in Bluetooth audio, for playing your music wirelessly.

MATERIALS

All of our hot tubs have PVC skirting, which is easier to maintain than wood as it doesn't require treatment or varnishing. Real wood options are available if desired.

Insulation foam under the shell and inside the skirting panels to help keep the water hot, reducing your electricity bills. It also lowers your pump noise, offering a more peaceful spa experience and helping keep your neighbours happy!.

How To Order

There are two different methods of delivery for your Spa:

Kerbside - England/Wales: £259 | Scotland/Cornwall: £399

We’ll deliver the hot tub to you on the back of a flatbed van with a single delivery man. We will leave the spa on your driveway on its side on a pallet ready for you to move yourself, or have a crane lift over your home.

Positioning - England/Wales: £379 | Scotland/Cornwall: 519

We will use a two man delivery and special spa kart to movethe tub into position. We will generally require a minimum width of 105cm, although allow more for larger spas. Click here to learn more about preparing your home for a hot tub.

The positioning is not an installation service. Your electrician will need to connect the spa to your supply. You then follow our simple hot tub guide to get the spa ready for use.

For deliveries outside the UK Mainland, please contact us to obtain a delivery quote. We deliver all over the world!

LEAD TIME

Lead times can vary depending on stock levels. If your spa is in stock then delivery is usually within 2-3 weeks. If the spa is in transit between the factory and the warehouse then lead times could be from 3-10 weeks, whereas if your spa needs to be built from scratch then the lead time is 10-12 weeks. Please contact us for more information about your chosen spa.

COLLECTING YOUR HOT TUB

You’re welcome to collect your new hot tub yourself from our distribution centre in Leicestershire. Simply choose ‘Collection’ as your preferred shipping method when ordering.

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently accept payments by bank transfer (BACS), or by credit/debit card through our website or by phone. Please note that there is a 2.3% fee for all card payments.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we’ll get in touch with you with payment instructions after you’ve completed the hot tub configuration process.

WARRANTY

We’re proud of the high quality of our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our hot tubs are designed to last a lifetime but we appreciate that, occasionally, things do go wrong.

That’s why your new hot tub will be covered by comprehensive warranties, giving you invaluable peace of mind that your investment is protected. And of course, our trained staff are also always on hand to offer help, advice and technical support with your spa.

It’s all part of our commitment to hassle-free service, and to making it simple for you to buy and own a hot tub. Our warranty is one of the most comprehensive on the market. They include as standard:

10 year shell structure warranty.
This covers the shell against water loss.

5 year shell surface warranty.
The covers the shell surface against cracks, peeling and de-lamination.

5 year cabinet/skirting warranty.
This protects your skirting in case a fault occurs.

2 year component warranty.
This covers major components such as the pumps, control system and heater. It also covers smaller components, such as the jets, handles and lights.

All our warranties include parts and labour, plus the cost of sending out a qualified engineer to repair your spa. We can usually book engineer appointments within 7 days of a problem being reported.
